Responsibilities
- Lead content partnership team to drive the growth of key content categories and creator success;
- Identify objectives based on overall business needs, develop content growth strategy and integrate any larger team/company initiatives into workflow;
- Identify the most valuable and high profile creators/partners and onboard them to TikTok;
- Identify potential partnership opportunities on media, social publishers, sports, gaming and entertainment businesses;
- Drive partnership plans/initiatives and work closely with XFN teams to make them happen;
- Develop strategies for growing and retaining high value creators/partners and foster strong relationships with them;
- Represent TikTok as best in class in the content creator space, building our reputation as great Creator partners;
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to highlight creators and support their initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above;
- Fluent in Spanish and English;
- Strategic thinking and data driven;
- Experience working in social media/digital content platform/entertainment/media industries;
- Deep knowledge of digital content market in LatAm region;
- Good connections in entertainment/media industries will be a plus;
- Experience in team management;
- Experience in working with cross functional teams;
- Good understanding of TikTok platform;
- Excellent communication and business development skills.
