Responsibilities

  • Lead content partnership team to drive the growth of key content categories and creator success;
  • Identify objectives based on overall business needs, develop content growth strategy and integrate any larger team/company initiatives into workflow;
  • Identify the most valuable and high profile creators/partners and onboard them to TikTok;
  • Identify potential partnership opportunities on media, social publishers, sports, gaming and entertainment businesses;
  • Drive partnership plans/initiatives and work closely with XFN teams to make them happen;
  • Develop strategies for growing and retaining high value creators/partners and foster strong relationships with them;
  • Represent TikTok as best in class in the content creator space, building our reputation as great Creator partners;
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to highlight creators and support their initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above;
  • Fluent in Spanish and English;
  • Strategic thinking and data driven;
  • Experience working in social media/digital content platform/entertainment/media industries;
  • Deep knowledge of digital content market in LatAm region;
  • Good connections in entertainment/media industries will be a plus;
  • Experience in team management;
  • Experience in working with cross functional teams;
  • Good understanding of TikTok platform;
  • Excellent communication and business development skills.
