The Role

JOB SUMMARY:

The Project Manager has the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project. Will work at first hand with the clients to ensure the deliverables fall within the specified timelines and budgets.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for making decisions and make sure to control risk and minimize uncertainty
Determine and define the scope of the project
Track project costs and resource requirements in order to meet budget
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers and communicating expected deliverables
Ensure all project deliverables are delivered on time
Use appropriate verification techniques in order to manage change in project scope, schedule and costs
Report and escalate to the management as needed
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Measure project performance with the right tools, systems and techniques
Meet clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements
Overall responsible for the project deliverables
In-charge of several physical and digital partnerships under the commercial division specifically in Business Development
Responsible with the production of a certain projects

Ideal Profile

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven work experience in Project Management, Production or any relevant role
Must be knowledgeable in Esports
Work professionally and well-organized
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Strong leadership skills
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on company needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
