The Role

Job Summary

The Talent Manager works closely with Account Managers and/or Campaign Managers to ensure that streamers and talents are meeting the client’s needs and working with all the key functions that go into creating the agency’s advertising output. The Talent Manager relays details, answers talent queries, gets approvals and signatures on contracts, and distributes copies to the appropriate in-house personnel. They also s erve as the liaison between the talent management department and sales, production and other areas, answering their questions and relaying needs from one to the other on behalf of their assigned talent/s.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your streamers/talents
  • Constantly solving problems, managing internal and external communications, and driving projects to completion.
  • Familiarize the company industry and the performance of all the talents
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with the team to ensure growth attainment
  • Communicate clearly with the streamers/talents if they have any concerns
  • Monitoring, ensure the timely and successful delivery of the streams
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with streamers and talents
  • Keeps the master calendar of all client/talent activities and all scheduled events and updates it continuously.
  • Adept at maintaining databases and organizing documents, the coordinator tracks client agreements and expiration dates, event planning calendars, and can find any contract or event file on the spot.
  • Act as liaison from the talent to the campaign manager, finding out the manager’s precise artistic vision for the show, and then relaying this vision to the talent, and/or the talent’s agent.
  • Analyze headshots, audition tapes and perhaps live auditions, to pick or recommend the right people for the roles available.
  • Responsible for making sure talent gets all their needs met. This includes food, transportation, lodging, costumes, security and other special accommodations.
  • Plan and conduct recruitment, selection processes and training for talents (interviews, screening calls etc)

Ideal Profile

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years proven work experience as a Talent Manager, Production, Entertainment or other relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • Patient, calm under pressure and able to solve problems
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Knowledgeable in Esports industry
