5G is coming and it’s going to change gaming forever!

Three is looking for a creative, brave and decisive gaming leader to join our team as Head of Propositions. You will be an expert in all things gaming from FIFA skills moves and Red Dead zombies to Candy Crush glitches and esports merch – you will be passionate about gaming’s evolution across all platforms, consoles and devices.

The games industry is the biggest it’s ever been and the mobile industry is poised to be a key player as 5G proliferates and games become increasingly cross-platform. Three is serious about gaming and we are looking for the right people to lead our business.

If successful in securing the role, you will be responsible for leading business management, strategic planning and tactical marketing execution across a portfolio of physical and digital products. You will be creating our gaming roadmap and products going forward – who do we partner with? what is our growth strategy? Plus, you will be translating consumer insights and market data into actions for the business within our own products and services.
