Typical Work Day at theScore:

  • Manage corporate IT systems and infrastructure
  • Assess and analyze business, security and system requirements, research, explore options and to recommend solutions to meet requirements
  • Ensures system design and configuration are aligned to the security framework
  • Build and maintain Identity and Access Management Systems on Active Directory, Azure AD including B2B, SSO and Conditional Access
  • Manage Endpoint Security Systems including MDM and endpoint protection, maintaining security updates and compliance on all endpoint devices
  • Manage access provisioning and deprovisioning of all enterprise applications
  • Manage IT applications on-prem and SaaS
  • Provide guidance and act as an escalation point for IT team
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including recovery procedures, access control matrix.
  • Lead and manage IT/Facilities projects as required.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Completed education in Computer Science, Network Engineering, System Administration or a related field.
  • Expert knowledge and experience managing IAM, Active Directory, Radius NPS, Azure AD, Azure AD B2B, SSO, Conditional Access, MDM, endpoint protection and security.
  • Experience and knowledge across a broad range of technologies including Identity and Access Management, Cloud Application Visibility and Control.
  • Experience and knowledge of information security best practices, ITIL, ISO standards, and common security framework.
  • Experience with vSphere, vSAN, SRM, AD, Azure AD, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Jira Insight, Splunk, AD360, intune, Jamf Pro.
  • Knowledge of Palo Alto NGFW, Cisco wired and wireless networking products, Network Access Control, VoIP and conferencing systems.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Outside-the-box thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of business practices and policies.
