The Sr. Game Designer will be responsible for overseeing, designing, and championing innovation within TPCi game products from concept to shipped title. The Sr. Game Designer’s primary responsibility will be to lead the Design development for an individual project from end to end with close collaboration with art, coding, production, test, and other stakeholders. Secondarily, they will contribute to designs for additional projects and will mentor the other Designers on the team and to ensure project quality and personal growth.

What You Will Do

Work in collaboration with your Sr. Manager – Creative, product leads and additional stakeholders to define clear visions for game designs and to communicate “the big picture”, the details, and the nuanced elements needed to bring that vision to life.
Develop ideas from concept, wireframes, prototypes, MVP, to finished title while taking feedback throughout the process and adjusting or refining the designs where needed.
Provide excellent documentation to ensure quality, technical specifications, best practices, clear systems, and engaging gameplay.
Communicate and work with production to estimate, plan and task design efforts.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with other studio disciplines.
Serve as mentor to other designers to ensure project quality and personal growth.

What You Will Bring

5-7 years as a Game Designer or Associate Designer.
Shipped at least 2 titles in the mobile space; additional AAA PC or console shipped titles are also preferred.
A mastery of communicating game design through flowcharts, wireframes, concise documentation, defined core loops, mockups, and even through the sheer power of your charismatic storytelling.
Demonstrable expertise in communicating mobile game industry standards like core loops, FTUE’s (First-Time User Experience), narrative gameplay, and “games as a service” along with a solid foundation in game systems and game economies.
