Position Summary

• Support Pokémon Social Media Team with specific responsibility for generation, coordination and production of impactful social media assets

Primary Responsibilities

• Work with London Social Media Manager and Associates to generate high-quality still and video assets to meet London office business aims.
• Produce, optimise, and enhance content for social use through existing internal and external pipelines:
  • Media Production Teams
  • Design Teams
  • Localisation Support Teams
  • External vendors
• Cost effectively adapt existing assets being supplied via other Marketing departments into wider content sets for amplification. EG:
  • Advertising creatives
  • Promotional trailers
• Continually evaluate performance data and improve assets for optimal success
• Help develop cross-marketing approach through asset presentation and content flow.

KNOWLEDGE & Skills & Experience

• 2-3 years social media marketing experience
• Strong design and photography skills
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite software:
  • Photoshop
  • Premiere
  • After Effects
  • Illustrator
• Strong interest in videogames and popular culture a plus.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Strong, clear communication skills.

Education

• University degree (2:1 minimum) – strong preference for those with an arts / creative degree
• Business level English.
• European language skills a strong plus; and/or fluent Japanese.
