The Retail Marketing Coordinator will oversee the creation of instore posters & displays, online product pages & banner ads, and social media posts that are used by our retail partners to promote Pokémon products.
What You’ll Do
- Supports the execution of special promotions and digital retail marketing under the direction of the Retail Marketing Managers
- Works with Marketing, Design, and Merchandise Development teams to create and produce marketing materials and special offers
- Oversees the production and distribution of POP, in-store marketing/merchandising programs, temporary merchandising displays
- Gathers product images / video assets for all Trading Card Game products
- Drafts online product descriptions by retail channel and routes for approval
- Distributes digital assets via Brandfolder to key resellers and retailers based on embargo timelines
- Maintains regular contact with stakeholders and keeps team updated on progress
- Tracks retail spending requests for the Sales and Retail Marketing departments
- Ensure all action memos are entered on time and routed for approval
- Creates a monthly budget spreadsheet that captures all expenses and tracks status
- Monitors PO / Vendor management systems to help onboard new vendors, ensure POs are submitted correctly and tracked, etc.
- Prepares status reports and shares updates with marketing and sales teams
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years marketing project/program management experience; preferably within a marketing discipline.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, related field, or equivalent experience.
