The Producer is responsible for teams that deliver and operate a world-class experience. The Producer runs the game, or feature team(s), on a day-to-day basis; ensuring the product is in a healthy state and that the right decisions are being made at the right time. This role works with cross-functional teams to define and audit key performance indicators (KPIs). In this role, the Producer will work with the production team and studio leadership to create and implement project plans, schedules, and processes. This role entails active involvement through all phases of development including pre-production and production, live ops calendar planning, implementation, and analysis.
What You Will Do
- Utilize organizational agility and communication skills to collaborate with internal and external partner teams
- Work with the team leads to develop and maintain project backlogs, roadmaps, schedules, content plans, documentation and deliver results to meet the team's agreed upon objectives
- Effectively drive project goals in conjunction with stakeholders, the game development timeline and deliverables
- Proactively identify gaps, blockers and bottlenecks that may prevent the team from achieving their goals in a timely manner
- Track and clearly communicate progress to stakeholders
- Work with Senior Production to establish pipelines and production processes to ensure TPCi quality can be delivered smoothly and punctually
- Champion pipeline improvements and prioritization of the most impactful initiatives and deliveries
- Rely on both data and experience to make informed decisions and assess progress
- Manage prioritization of tasks, bugs, design iteration, user/tester feedback and live ops efforts
- Develop detailed requirements for major/minor enhancements, bug fixes, and feature requests from Key Stakeholders
What You Will Bring
- Experience leading a team, either internal or external, throughout the development lifecycle; bringing a successful PC/Mac/mobile game to market
- 3-4 years working on a AAA brand, with a proven understanding of the associated benefits and responsibilities
- Proficiency for making decisions in an intricate and occasionally ambiguous environment, notably in dealing with the demanding circumstances of games as a live service
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for project management, documentation and bug tracking; including setup, organization and maintenance
- A passion for making and playing great games, with an awareness of current titles and industry trends
- The skill to navigate communications with executives, partners and the team at large
- A background in trading card games (TCG) or competitive card games (CCG)s, in any role, is a plus
- Prior experience with Localization Tools or content management systems (CMS), specifically LocalizeDirect or Gridly, and Adobe Workfront is a plus
