Job Title: Logistics Coordinator (12-month Fixed Term Contract)
Job Summary: This position will support the B2B TCG (Trading Card Game) Logistics team. The Logistics Coordinator will support order management for North and South American resellers and distributors from receiving purchase orders, processing in ERP system, releasing, and communicating with warehousing partners to ensure the timely fulfillment of orders.

What You Will Do
Assist TCG Logistics team in processing customer sales orders. This will include entering/uploading orders into ERP system, updating orders at various stages of process, and coordinating and communicating with our Domestic warehouse partners, TPCi internal teams, customers, and freight forwarders.
Ensure shipping instructions and shipping documents are provided to our warehouses and Freight Forwarders accurately and timely for cross-border sales orders.
Act as a liaison with our local 3PLwarehouses to ensure fulfillment is executed according to our SLA.
Help with customer mis-shipment and claims investigation by working with our reverse logistics team on root causes and resolutions.
Constantly find new ways to improve processes.

What You Will Bring
1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent ability to use ERP system and large data spreadsheets.
Demonstrated ability to supervise supply chain with strong metrics across operational KPIs.
Knowledge of B2B fulfillment and logistics, along with customer service best practices.
Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind.
Ability to prioritize and identify areas for improvement and create solutions.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with timely resolution.
Results orientation with a focus on quality, efficiency, and operational excellence.
Ability to read, write, fluently speak Spanish is a plus.
Experience with Oracle ERP is a plus.
Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $54,000.00 - $64,600.00 per year. The full range is $54,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
