Job Title: Diversity, Inclusion & Social Responsibility Professional

Job Summary: This role will assist in the planning and execution of inclusion, belonging and corporate social responsibility programs at TPCi, including but not limited to enterprise learning opportunities, vendor management, CSR partner management; play a prime role in the internal communication of DEI and CSR efforts to further employee engagement.

What you’ll do

  • Support the Director of DEI/CSR in communications and SharePoint management.
  • Foster knowledge and adoption of diversity, equity, and inclusion topics and best practices.
  • Support DEI/CSR department in mentoring and training programs to establish an inclusive and equitable culture, and to attract, develop, and retain members of underrepresented groups.
  • Compile statistics, metrics, and reports to assess the progress and effectiveness of diversity and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR and other internal partners to ensure a common message.
  • Partner DEI Program Manager; and the CSR Program Manager to increase employee engagement in company volunteering and giving opportunities and engagement our Employee Resource Groups.
  • Support oversite of corporate charitable giving and engagement programs including matching gift programs, volunteer rewards and in-kind donation processing.

What you’ll bring

  • Three (3) to four (4) years of related professional experience.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and education.
  • Strong experience in written communications; experience with or willingness to learn SharePoint.
  • Experience in journalism or internal communications is helpful; ability to turn written content quickly and accurately; a knack for simplifying complex concepts and compelling storytelling.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized with the highest level of quality standards; ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them, and carry them out.
  • Goal-driven with the ability to pro-actively take initiative. Works well with deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity, with influence and dedication to building trust-based relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and team skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of SharePoint
