Position summary
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager (apps) overall, with specific responsibility for mobile app related asset management, approvals and information generation / data analysis, event coordination and strategy building marketing plans.
Primary Responsibilities
- Influence marketing strategy and tactics with insightful analysis of data points.
- Data collection, analysis and reporting to TPCi management team for analysis of marketing efforts.
- Assistance with other ad-hoc app marketing projects.
- Support marketing manager with coordination of events. Creative thinker supporting Marketing Manager in creation of app marketing plans.
- Manage and execute ad buys across all media channels with third party agencies.
- Support marketing manager to conceptualize and develop fun, compelling, and effective global advertising creative to be used on TV, in cinema, print, out-of-home (OOH), and across various digital outlets, including social media.
- Coordination of TPCi generated marketing materials and assets.
- Maintain close working relationship with internal marketing colleagues, such as PR, social media and online marketing.
- Maintain close working relationship with key external third parties’ partners, third party agencies, Google, Facebook, Apple and Twitter.
Knowledge & Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years marketing experience (ideally within the mobile app industry).
- Familiarity with in-app attribution tools
- Strong interest in videogames and mobile apps a plus.
- Very keen eye for detail required.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Strong, clear communication skills.
- Ability to identify trends within complex data and present information gleaned to tell a story.
- Strong analytical skills; advanced proficiency in MS Excel and database management.
- Familiar with statistical analysis and data analysis tools like SPSS.
- Possess creative flair and experience generating strategic ideas for consumer products including mobile gaming apps or video games.
Education
- University degree (2:1 minimum) – strong preference for those whose degree involved a high amount of numerical content and / or primary research and analysis (e.g. Economics, Maths, Engineering,)
- Business level English. European language skills a strong plus; and/or fluent Japanese.
