Job Title: Controls and Compliance Analyst
Job Summary: The Controls and Compliance Analyst will support the team in the documentation, assessment, and test of financial reporting controls and processes, and report results and recommendations. The position will also work with external and internal stakeholders, serving as liaison between the company and external parties, gathering and presenting evidence as required.

What you’ll do
Understand, document and/or refine existing TPCi and its subsidiaries’ accounting policies and controls
Research and compile audit support, test internal controls, and faciliate remediation of audit findings.
Maintain knowledge of current accounting standards to ensure proper application in TPCi’s processes.
Identify needed improvements in business processes and internal controls, and work closely with management to design, document and implement improvements.
Effectively partner with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, drive process improvements and implement best practices.
Would require business travel.
What you’ll bring
Five (5) to seven (7) years of accounting experience required.
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required.
Knowledge of general financial accounting and control environments.
Understanding of and ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.
Proficient with accounting software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Base salary range: $87,000.00 – 133,000.00. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. It is common for TPCi to start employees below the midpoint of the range. Final base salary is directly related to each candidate’s qualifications and experience uniquely.
