Your Mission

As a marketer who is truly passionate about influencer marketing and relations in the video game space, you will identify, initiate, and shepherd relationships with content creators to evangelize the gospel of esports training to gamers everywhere.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and advocate influencer initiatives that improve audience acquisition, retention, and growth
  • Design and execute creative and innovative influencer and content marketing campaigns that engage and fascinate gamers
  • Collaborate with community management and product teams to establish goals and objectives to achieve KPI’s
  • Identify and adopt data-focused tools and services that enable maximal visibility into campaign performance
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and improve features that enable influencers

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years in video game influencer relations or public relations
  • A passion for games, particularly first-person shooters
  • Experience in building unique relationships with content creators on Twitch and YouTube
  • Experience orchestrating creative Influencer plans including timing, influencer selection, and strategy
  • Expertise in social media platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Be a numbers-obsessed idea factory
  • Experience with tracking and reporting platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and develop best practices for influencer relationships
  • Deep understanding of gamer audiences, where they live online, and how to engage with them
  • Experience in evaluating performance data and delivering insights based on agreed upon metrics/KPIs
  • Eagerness to educate the rest of the team as to how to best enable content creators
  • BA or BS from accredited institution
  • Availability during normal US business hours

Bonus Qualifications

  • Pro or college esports experience
