Key responsibilities

  • Manage, support and mentor the Project Management team and drive them to success
  • Point of escalation for the Project Management team
  • Maintenance and roll-out of Project Management best practices
  • Organise internal alignment meetings and brainstorms to identify opportunities for
    improvement
  • Ensure alignment on client needs and requirements between Operations and Business
    Development
  • Ensure that issues concerning client satisfaction are escalated to Business Development
  • Proactively identify and communicate team requirements for successful project delivery
  • Ensure consistency of service delivery
  • Ensure that Quarterly Partnership Reviews take place, appropriate presentations are created and delivered and relevant actions are set and completed
  • Monitor established metrics/KPI and follow up appropriately
  • Identify improvements and escalate issues related to internal or external test strategy and
    processes to QA Management
  • Perform evaluation reviews in the annual ‘Appraisal’ processes and set performance goals for the Project Management team
  • Perform and supervise salary reviews across line management delta
  • Review weekly Spend Reports documenting time spent and cost incurred
  • Take appropriate action based on negative trends identified in ESAT Surveys
  • Spot checking the quality of deliverables, such as reports, and driving continuous improvement
  • Drive contingency planning and support internal recruitment

Typical daily tasks (not exhaustive)

  • Provide guidance and leadership to the Project Management team
  • Ensure forecasting processes are consistently followed and key information is proactively
    shared
  • Drive contingency and support development across team structures
  • Support commercial or management level discussions
  • Support Project Managers on client communication
  • Resolve conflicts or priority calls with the Resource Management and QA Management
  • Monitor client satisfaction and relevant metrics/KPI and drive relevant actions with Project
    Management team
  • Provide internal updates on client satisfaction and overall project status to Business
    Development and key Management.
  • Making sure regular post-mortems are taking place and meaningful actions are followed up on

The position you are applying for is an office-based role. During the COVID-19 pandemic that is affecting many businesses around the world, we have taken precautions to protect our employees and families.

During this pandemic and until further notice, this role will be remote based (from your home) and you will be supplied with the relevant equipment to carry out your role. You may be required to relocate to Poland at a later date. Once we have further updates, we will cascade accordingly and will return to the office once it is safe to do so!
