The position you are applying for is an office-based role. During the COVID-19 pandemic that is affecting many businesses around the world, we have taken precautions to protect our employees and families. During this pandemic and until further notice, this role will be remote based (from your home) and you will be supplied with the relevant equipment to carry out your role. Candidates are required to live in or around New Orleans. Once we have further updates, we will cascade accordingly and will return to the office once it is safe to do so!

About the role

Testronic is looking for an Administration Assistant/Recruiter to join our team and help drive the growth of the NOLA office! You will lead recruitment efforts to identify qualified candidates to guide us forward. You will identify and engage talent in an efficient yet creative manner to help contribute to our employer brand. This position is for Full-time work hours only.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
  • Excellent time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines
  • Attend and participate in job fairs and recruiting sessions
  • Collaborate alongside the Administration and IT team to achieve certain hiring goals
  • Ability to quickly learn Applicant Tracking System(ATS)
  • Screen applications and select qualified candidates based on job qualifications
  • Coordinate with Managers and Administration team during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, and start dates
  • Maintain recruitment data via our ATS while continuously updating our headcount tracker
  • Demonstrate an ability to comprehend the nuances of each job description and effectively ask questions to vet candidates accordingly
  • Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling and virtual interviews
  • Create, organize, and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Onboard new hires from communicating about offer letters, procuring equipment setup, and completing onboarding documents
  • Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and prepare meeting rooms
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, NDAs, invoices, purchase requests, reports, and other correspondence
  • Create meeting notes and dictation
  • Completing additional and emergent ad-hoc tasks and requests
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly computer literate with expertise in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools
  • Working knowledge of ATS and Pipeline metrics

Desired Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in software, technology, or video game industry
  • Ability to multi-task while effectively prioritizing multiple projects
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize and manage workflow
  • Ability to build great relationships with candidates, provide feedback, and work in a team environment
