Job Responsibilities:

  • Create internal training solutions for commercial teams;
  • Partner with Corporate HR to provide a consistent training solutions and customized development plans for employees;
  • Facilitate, enhance and curate training solutions including initial new hire onboarding programs aligned with strategic growth initiatives;
  • Leverage all internal training resources to create a consistent experience for employees; Liaise with commercial team leaders, managers, HR to identify & access competencies required to support consistent business growth;
  • Give orientation to new employees by conducting training programs, providing learning resources and leveraging virtual learning resources;
  • Develop and maintain communication such as newsletters, bulletin & dashboards to ensure employees with knowledge of training & development events or resources;
  • Plan, implement and manage the training process by conducting need assessment to post-training evaluation in appropriate way;
  • Integrate into company culture and workplace atmosphere through company’s cross-cultural trainings; and
  • Other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • 5-8 years’ experience in implementing training & organization development programs;
  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods;
  • Strong presentation, problem-solving and relationship building skills;
  • A highly motivated self-starter with strong individual and team working skills;
  • Determination to build a career with a forward-thinking business; and
  • Good command of written and spoken skills in English and Mandarin.
