Responsibility:

  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of game security service related operation system;
  • Responsible for the service function maintenance, service update and problem repair of game security service deployment environment in various regions;
  • Monitoring and dash-boarding for game security service;
  • Strong advocate for DevOps practices with experience building CI/CD pipelines;
  • Ensure the game security is effectively supported and monitored and that manual work is minimize;
  • Driving initiatives to automate processes and reduce toil;
  • Building and operating cloud infrastructure environments and platforms;
  • Technical coaching and mentoring of less experienced engineers in the lab.

Qualification:

  • 2+ years’ experience in Linux and ideally recent experience in container orchestration (Docker,Mesos, etc) and a scripting language (e.g. Python, Bash, C++);
  • 2+ years’ experience of at least one major cloud provider and ideally Tencent cloud
  • Strong experience of Site Reliability Engineering practices and principles;
  • Have Linux background service, distributed system, microservice architecture development and maintenance experience;
  • Background service performance analysis and debugging experience, network programming has a certain development experience, can analyze the network layer link problems;
  • Some experience in using open source components (Kafka, redis, mysql, zookeeper);
  • Experience with containers and orchestration frameworks (Docker, Mesos);
  • Experience with source code management and version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab);
  • Experience with modern CI/CD tools and techniques;
  • Previous involvement in all stages of the software delivery lifecycle;
  • Passion for mentoring and technical coaching of engineers;
  • Collaborative skills - being open to pair programming and working closely with engineers in cross functional teams;
  • Good Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
