Responsibilities:

Responsible for system building related to platform within Tencent Games, which includes games marketing platform, user operation management system, content operation management system, To B servers of global game business to improve the R&D efficiency and operation effect.
With product ability of building business structure and system integration, design product scheme or system integration scheme independently
With deep understanding of software engineering with professional ability of analyzing requirements and designing, lead developers to do software modeling through UML and other engineering language, in basis of transferring abstract client requirements into specific requirements from developers' perspective
Strong management ability, including business requirements priority management, PRD standard management. Arrange tasks with regard to business priority to carry forward requirements rollout in order to meet the period targets
Strong project management ability, lead developers and cross-department cooperation and communication, ability to carry forward product task to achieve targets
Set out product iteration thoughts and direction for the next stage according to product feedback constantly, responsible for the whole software lifecycle independently

Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor's degree or above in computer relevant subject or equivalent industry experience
3~5 years of experience in system building of To B or To G, game industry and cloud platform related experience is preferred, requirement analysis & system structure related experience are preferred.
Experience in being responsible for whole lifecycle of at least 2 independent product, with successful cases preferred
Good communication skills, cross-department cooperation ability, passionate and creative in their work, ability to work well under stress
Possess strong tech sense, can communicate and cooperate with developers easily
