Tencent’s award-winning TiMi Studios seeks a Senior Producer/ Producer with outstanding product development and communication skills who knows everything about delivering a game product from concept to market!

The ideal candidate has a STRONG ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT TO HAVE A CAREER FAST TRACK. You are a self-starter who does not wait for things to fall on your lap -- you look for the right opportunities, then grab ‘em and make ‘em happen! You have incredible product development and production capabilities, you know the ins-and-outs of developing a game, and previous experience and track-record on AAA or F2P titles (in product development and production).

What you will do

Lead TiMi US R&D’s games production across multiple next-gen titles. You will help TiMi R&D US Teams bring products from concept to game demo and then to market, you will make sure that the creative and production teams are getting resources needed and moving according to timeline for the game’s launch!
Manage TiMi global development capability build-up. You will be working along TiMi Studios leadership, to identify and execute new opportunities to help TiMi Studios’ development capabilities to be taken to the next level and globally.

What you will need

8+ years of gaming industry experience, experience in gaming development and production is a MUST
AAA games development and production experience is a plus, specially in multiplayer games in the Shooter/RPG category
Experience in distributed game production is a plus
Self-starter willing to wear multiple hats, bringing projects from ideation to delivery
Passionate about all things gaming
Mandarin speaking is a plus
