Responsibilities:
- Lead outreach and negotiate potential brand campaigns leveraged across multiple digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube β both Organic and Paid Media) while building and establishing strong, direct relationships with influencers and/or their representatives
- Develop and implement global marketing strategy to support project goals and initiatives, helping to increase brand awareness and build reputation
- Create content and event planning and implementation for the brand and internal events and promotions
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with all company departments to maximize influencer presence and performance across channels
- Maintain knowledge and expertise and be resident expert in LATAM Spanish-speaking areas
- Develop and manage comprehensive influencer campaigns from start to finish that will hit KPIs
- Monitor and keep abreast of industry trends and competitor strategy
- Create influencer tracking parameters and reporting, analyzing the data to make informed decisions. Utilizing data and metrics to measure performance and applying those learnings to campaign direction
- Conduct competitive research, relevant industry trends and platforms
Qualifications:
- At least 6+ years of marketing experience of marketing operations, campaign implementation with experience managing influencers and/or communities
- Experience developing, executing and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns including digital, social media, search, email, advertising, events and content creation
- Experienced in making content for gaming brand and development and implementation
- Deep knowledge of the marketing funnel, metrics and analytics to optimize campaigns. Project management skills and ability to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders
- Avid gamer with MOBA game experience in console and mobile products a plus
- Fluent in English and Spanish
