Responsibility：

  • Identify issues, risks, gaps, and opportunities and communicate with stakeholders and other teams to find solutions.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure the projects would be delivered on time and produce expected results.
  • Ensure clear communications and effective coordination with internal and external teams.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Improve internal project management process and efficiency.

Qualification：

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant subject or equivalent industry experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a project manager in software industry
  • Experience in leading projects across multiple teams
  • Good documentation skills
  • Fluent in English, including written and verbal skills
  • Strong communication ability, passionate about gaming and providing the best player experience.
  • Good understanding of game production pipeline and project management methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle, with experience in agile & waterfall methodologies, technical skills/background is an advantage
  • Knowledge of people management.
  • Good ability to set up, organize and motivate teams.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in fast-pace environment.
