International Recruiter

Location: Shenzhen, China

General Description:

Selected candidates will go through a systematic training program in the field of HR, gaining hands-on exposure to multiple Tencent business areas and HR functions. Candidates will be expected to quickly take on responsibility with a direct work focus on international expansion and new market hiring initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking a core role in increasing Tencent’s global headcount in accordance to company strategy, including international travel as necessary.
  • Formulating international recruitment and HR strategy according to company HR policy and department requirements.
  • Conducting HR analysis in related fields, including the effective management and optimization of overseas & domestic recruitment channels.
  • Support international department’s hiring requirements, including talent sourcing, interviewing, candidate screening, onboarding, etc.
  • Expanding and supporting existing international recruitment channels and corporate branding initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese - additional languages welcomed.
  • Self-driven high achiever with strong critical thinking, networking and time management skills.
  • Strong intercultural communication and international experience having lived, worked and studied in multiple countries.
