Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for execution of HR services and information to employees, stakeholders, and HR partners throughout the Enterprise.
- Employee lifecycle HR operations such as on/off-boarding; employment contracts preparation; employment certification letters; transfers; leave management etc;
- Application of work visa;
- Support in standardizing and optimize the HR operation policies and processes;
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in employee records in the HRIS related to onboarding; employment changes and off-boarding administration.
- Process benefits execution and HR activities organization;
- Prepare regular HR reports and analysis for management review;
- Support Global Mobility services;
- Responsible for any regulatory filings to the local government authorities;
- Serves as the first point of contact for HR queries;
- Participate in ad-hoc tasks and a diverse variety of HR projects or initiatives if needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 4-6 years of experience in HR operations, MNC preferred
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word applications
- Ability to drive HR processes and to deliver high-quality HR services in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
- Well organized, strong data sense, eye for details, highly energized, and great multi-tasking ability
- Able to work in an ambiguous environment
- Have sound judgment to make decisions and display an appropriate sense of urgency
- Be able to build strong relationships and trust throughout the organization
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
