Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for execution of HR services and information to employees, stakeholders, and HR partners throughout the Enterprise.
  • Employee lifecycle HR operations such as on/off-boarding; employment contracts preparation; employment certification letters; transfers; leave management etc;
  • Application of work visa;
  • Support in standardizing and optimize the HR operation policies and processes;
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in employee records in the HRIS related to onboarding; employment changes and off-boarding administration.
  • Process benefits execution and HR activities organization;
  • Prepare regular HR reports and analysis for management review;
  • Support Global Mobility services;
  • Responsible for any regulatory filings to the local government authorities;
  • Serves as the first point of contact for HR queries;
  • Participate in ad-hoc tasks and a diverse variety of HR projects or initiatives if needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in HR operations, MNC preferred
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word applications
  • Ability to drive HR processes and to deliver high-quality HR services in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
  • Well organized, strong data sense, eye for details, highly energized, and great multi-tasking ability
  • Able to work in an ambiguous environment
  • Have sound judgment to make decisions and display an appropriate sense of urgency
  • Be able to build strong relationships and trust throughout the organization
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
