Job Description:

  • Develop and execute a short, medium, and long-term plan for the Cloud business in SE Asia. Build pipeline, identify, develop, and grow business opportunities to meet sales objectives via the team and individual contribution.
  • Define target markets, identify key players and competition, and develop strategy to drive opportunities and scale the Cloud business.
  • Build, manage and develop excellent sales and solution architect teams. Set goals and objectives that align with key stakeholders, responsible for team performance reviews.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and continued customer satisfaction. Convey feedback on prospect requirements and help on product strategy.
  • Maintain and build trusted relationships with clients and partners. Develop good working relationships with relevant government authorities and regulatory parties.
  • Recognized as the thought leader in the digital segments that Tencent targets.
  • Act as key spokesperson representing company and product in Singapore.

Requirements:

Strong Sales or BD-background in the Cloud Industry

  • 7+ years of experience working in technology, strategic consulting or in mobile and Internet industries. 5+ years’ experience in cloud services, working with large accounts.
  • Proven leadership and excellent negotiation skills to develop new clients, grow revenue, and manage accounts.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to conceptualize broadly across various solutions yet enjoys operating at a hands-on level. Possesses a strong sense of technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiatives and make sound judgment calls/decisions based on fast and changing environments and is comfortable working with ambiguity.
  • Superior analytical and quantitative skills with demonstrated ability to apply this in unfamiliar situations.
  • Applies the highest standards in business integrity and ethics.
  • Experience articulating complex solutions to decision-makers and executives. Strong influencing skills and ability to communicate effectively with different internal departments.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to local markets and china extensively
  • Fluency in English required with fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese a plus
