Responsibilities

Serve as a motive force for our unannounced AAA Open World project, facilitating communication and organization of the Engine and Gameplay Engineering teams and other teams as needed
Support the Production Management team in scheduling and attending meetings, setting agendas, taking notes, and publishing them to related team members
Extract actionable info you acquired from Dev and Production teams; create, track and follow up on tasks to ensure team’s weekly goals/schedules are maintained and properly adjusted as needed
Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners related to technical, art, legal, and other aspects of large-scale development
Collaborate with the Production team in maintaining the project’s task tracking software Jira, including setting up basic functions, creating filters and dashboards, providing basic troubleshooting support to the team, and working with Jira Support as necessary
Proactively identity useful information during production and help keep the team wiki organized and updated
Contribute to a positive, productive, open, and dynamic working environment
Take on duties and responsibilities assigned by the Engine and Production teams within this position’s required skills and experience

Required Skills

Previous experience in an organizational role
Experience supporting at least one software development project
Understanding of Agile project management methodologies
Familiarity with standard project management software such as MS Office Suite, Google Suite and Perforce
Skilled in administering project tracking software such as Jira, including JQL or similar scripting language
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional problem solving and interpersonal skills (among different cultural backgrounds)
Excellent organizational and task tracking skills
