Your responsibilities:

Providing organizational and administrative support to employees;
Supporting the hiring process by managing the local contracts, as well as the visa and relocation process for newcomers;
Maintaining office equipment and supply inventory;
Performing general office clerk duties and errands, including mail and courier delivery services;
Performing receptionist duties when needed;
Contacting service providers when necessary;
Organizing business trips (booking hotels, plane tickets).

We are looking for someone who:

Has at least 3 years of administrative experience in a similar position;
Has the ability to plan and set priorities;
Is fluent in English and German;
Is detail-oriented and inquisitive;
Is easy-going and open-minded with a can-do and think-outside-the-box attitude;
Is open and committed to entrusted tasks;
Is positive, optimistic, patient and has good communication skills.
