Our client, a multinational software and services corporation in Redmond, is looking for a Graphic Designer with strong project management skills. This role will be an essential part of a small integrated marketing team, producing work to support marketing and advertising campaigns for Xbox Game Pass.

This role will be responsible for supporting the creation/generation, adaptation/cutdowns, and distribution of artwork assets across key stakeholders. This role will work directly with the Integrated Marketing Communications Manager on a daily basis, and will interact with internal clients - including global operations, studio partners, owned channels, product marketing, partnerships, retail and other stakeholders to develop and deliver high-quality creative for distribution on digital and print platforms.

DESIGN REQUIREMENTS:

  • Participate in the creative process from original concepts to final implementation for established brands with set brand guidance.
  • Execute the creative design and production of a wide variety of print, digital and interactive marketing and advertising campaign deliverables, including video and media deliverables and executions.
  • Develop net-new creative from client requirements and drive creative delivery to meet client objectives.
  • Leverage templates and set brand principles to create and/or modify artwork assets.
  • Assist in reference gathering, mood board and style guide creation.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Consult with and present to internal clients, providing design concepts and tactical guidance to meet client objectives, as needed.
  • Collaborate with integrated marketing teams on consistent brand messaging and visual communication in project deliverables to ensure work is aligned with broader, strategic brand extension.
  • Partner with integrated marketing teams to map out tactical asset delivery plan, and actively track and stay on target to meet deadlines.
  • Create processes for managing and distributing all marketing materials to key stakeholders in a timely and coordinated fashion.
  • Develop asset management structure and coordinate all digital file management for archiving project files.
  • Organize the distribution, localization, and deployment of assets to key stakeholders across owned and operated channels.
  • Partner with media and various creative agencies to develop taxonomies, deliver creative, review ad builds, and share back reporting.
  • Partner with media agencies to fill out taxonomies, provide asset deliverables, and deploy assets for paid media campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 yearsโ€™ design experience in an agency or publishing environment, with a nationally recognized consumer brand.
  • BFA preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Bonus if versed in Premiere Pro.
  • Proven ability to apply design skills (ideation, color theory, typography, imagery, pixel perfect layouts, texture, etc.) across print and digital platforms (mobile, desktop, tablet).
  • Portfolio that demonstrates quality visual and graphic design skills, including typography, and layout across print and digital platforms including motion, and social.
  • Proven experience in responding and rapidly adapting to changing business needs.
  • Bonus: Background in marketing/branding.
  • Bonus: Background/interest in the video game industry.
