As the Talent Manager at Tempo, we look to you to lead our end-to-end talent casting and management efforts across our studio and gaming initiatives.

You are part casting director and part talent manager, which means we're looking for someone with the right hustle and an entrepreneurial and creative mindset. Your priority will be to ensure our shows are cast with badass talent, have a steady pipeline of guests, and are always surprising and delighting our audience.

At a high level, we look to you to lead our casting efforts as Tempo’s leading voice, spearheading our negotiations with and management of talent. Of course, you're stepping into a deeply collaborative team, and so we will also look to you for creative and strategic thinking around how to build a world-class talent management organization.

The ideal candidate is deeply ingrained in Internet, digital, and gaming culture. At the same time, you come with deal-making experience. Most of all, you are self-motivated, have a passion for talent, and want to build with us!
