Lead Game Designer

Your daily tasks:

  • accepting and receiving the effects of the work of team members, assessing them in terms of content and consistency with the assumed vision, based on the effects visible in the game,
  • providing constructive feedback to speed up the production process,
  • proposing and implementing technical solutions to improve production,
  • proposing solutions on possible obstacles in implementation of the design vision,
  • supporting the development of individual members of his team,
  • being the guardian of company culture and supporting Producers,
  • cooperating with other Leads in order to synchronize expectations regarding work standards,
  • evaluating tasks and proposing solutions in a given areas,
  • attending to creative and specialist meetings and sharing knowledge with the team to be sure that vision and directions are understandable,
  • managing scripts and tables of parameters in such a way as to achieve the assumed goals in the game,
  • supporting Lead Producer to help implement goals and leadership responsibilities,
  • design game mechanics that answer the needs of the director's vision,
  • creating clear and consistent design documentation.

You meet our expectations if you have:

  • 8+ years of experience in the game design with at least 2 shipped AAA title as a Designer,
  • true passion for video games, knowledge of latest titles and current trends in the industry, especially in relation to FPP games,
  • knowledge of various visual scripting tools / languages,
  • excellent communication skills; both written and verbal,
  • proactive and supportive attitude and you are flexible,
  • experience in leading team of designers.
