Your daily tasks:
- Comprehensive order service and implementation
- Organizing order completion (accepting deliveries, completing goods for shipment, etc.)
- Full support and customer service during and after sale
- Issuing documents - sales documents and corrections for returns
- Implementation and taking care of the sales calendar and promotional campaigns
- Creating and updating a product catalog in the online store
- Operating a fiscal printer - including daily fiscalization
You meet our expectations if you have:
- Proficiency in using the computer along with accounting systems
- Customer service experience
- Communicativeness, friendliness, forthcomingness and willingness to contact customers
- Accuracy, scrupulosity, a peaceful approach to others
- Communicative command of the English language
- Basic knowledge of issues related to e-commerce
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of sales platforms, such as Idosell, Allegro or Amazon
- Knowledge of e-commerce processes
- Knowledge of the Baselinker platform
- Knowledge of ERP programs, such as ILUO, Subiekt GT, Comarch Optima, Streamsoft Prestiż, Wapro ERP and Enova365
- Knowledge of Omnipack warehouse processes
