Your daily tasks:

  • Comprehensive order service and implementation
  • Organizing order completion (accepting deliveries, completing goods for shipment, etc.)
  • Full support and customer service during and after sale
  • Issuing documents - sales documents and corrections for returns
  • Implementation and taking care of the sales calendar and promotional campaigns
  • Creating and updating a product catalog in the online store
  • Operating a fiscal printer - including daily fiscalization

You meet our expectations if you have:

  • Proficiency in using the computer along with accounting systems
  • Customer service experience
  • Communicativeness, friendliness, forthcomingness and willingness to contact customers
  • Accuracy, scrupulosity, a peaceful approach to others
  • Communicative command of the English language
  • Basic knowledge of issues related to e-commerce

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of sales platforms, such as Idosell, Allegro or Amazon
  • Knowledge of e-commerce processes
  • Knowledge of the Baselinker platform
  • Knowledge of ERP programs, such as ILUO, Subiekt GT, Comarch Optima, Streamsoft Prestiż, Wapro ERP and Enova365
  • Knowledge of Omnipack warehouse processes
