Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and patient individual to join our team as a Customer Support Technical Specialist. As a vital part of the support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and assistance with their wide range of inquiries and concerns. You will also be working with other departments to build upon existing pathways based on community feedback and trending items to improve the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

● Promptly respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.

● Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for customers, aiming for resolution during initial contact.

● Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and account setup.

● Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction, contribute to process improvement, and retain customers.

● Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.

● Escalate complex inquiries or technical issues to the appropriate department.

● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

● Stay updated on product features, updates, and industry trends to provide relevant assistance and

information to users.

Qualifications

● Minimum 1 year of Customer Service & Technical Support experience, preferably in a tech-related field.

● Proficient in using ticketing systems such as ZenDesk & YouTrack to manage inquiries and requests.

● Previous experience with TeamSpeak is hugely advantageous.

● Fluent in both written and verbal English and German.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Effective problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, efficiently handling multiple tasks efficiently while seamlessly adapting to changing priorities and tasks

● Familiarity with gaming and online communication platforms is beneficial.

● Proficient in MS Office and customer service software applications.

● High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
