2020 has been a breakthrough year for Team 17, having acquired a new development studio and shipped multiple titles already with many new game IPs to come.
It is more important than ever to ensure the availability resilience and efficiency of our servers, storage and networking infrastructure. As a result of internal promotion, we are recruiting for an experienced Systems Administrator to join the IT Team, reporting to the Infrastructure Manager.
This role has a focus on automation for improving efficiency whilst ensuring all systems and the network is kept secure. You will be responsible for architect networking, server and storage projects in collaboration with the wider team as well as providing 3rd line support for the desktop team.
The ideal candidate will be service focused with an aptitude for problem solving and a strong ability to understand user requirements, assessing real needs, likely outcomes and determining cost-effective solutions.
