Working at Team17 will give you the opportunity to work across co-development, platform adaptations and post-release development projects within the studio.

Working within the Studio Development team provides the unique opportunity to work in an incredibly varied role, collaborating with a range of different developers and teams across projects of varying scope and complexity.

Ideally, you will have some line management and multi-project experience, but we are willing to consider someone with prior experience as a Producer who is excited by the opportunity to step up into these additional responsibilities, working closely with an Associate Producer and/or Production Assistant.

As a Senior Producer at Team17 you will get to:

  • Play an integral role in the creation and delivery of both internal and external Team17 titles, guiding teams through all stages of development towards shared goals, whilst championing making the best possible games

  • Provide support, guidance, management and mentorship to empower and develop Associate Producers and Production Assistants

  • Help to solve challenging process obstacles as they arise during development across a variety of different types of projects and teams

  • Meet and work with a diverse range of people across all disciplines at Team17 and our wider games label partners from around the world

  • Advocate for the games you are working on throughout the studio and wider business, championing the team and presenting progress to stakeholders at regular intervals

  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships across Team17, with Teamsters and external partners, upholding the values of the Production department

Requirements

Prior experience in a production role within the games industry

  • The ability to engage and drive development teams and processes

  • Exceptional project management skills and experience, with a solid understanding of modern project management methodologies and practices

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proactive and open-minded in solving scheduling issues relating to the complex development structure of game development

  • Exemplary organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a varying workload effectively

  • Ability to cut through pressure and deliver work to the highest standard of quality

  • An excellent, up-to-date knowledge of the games industry and gaming trends
