Rogue competes at the highest level in several esports, including Rocket League, Vainglory, CS:GO, Rainbow Six Siege, and H1Z1, and operates at a high degree of professionalism. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, outgoing, sales-minded, and experienced in esports business, marketing, and sponsorship. Responsibilities:

  • Locate, develop, negotiate, and close business relationships and sponsorship deals on behalf of Rogue
  • Screen potential business deals by analyzing market trends, available background info on potential partner(s), deal requirements, and options for partnership
  • Develop negotiating strategies by studying integration of new partnership/venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of sponsorships sales experience
  • Rolodex of contacts from esports, gaming, sports, entertainment, and/or music industries
  • Previous experience in the esports industry
  • Hungry disposition, always looking to add value to organization and partners
  • Ability to work independently and diligently
  • Willingness to travel regularly
