The Strategy and Operations Manager is responsible for providing daily analytical and operational support to the Sales department. Furthermore, you will also work closely with the internal departments to ensure client campaigns are on track and pacing to deliver in full and meet all clients' key performance indicators.
Responsibilities:
- Build client proposals and client-facing collateral to help sell Team Liquid programs.
- Assist Sellers with request for proposal (RFP) responses by pulling research, securing inventory, and building Google Presentation Decks.
- Compile detailed reporting data and create wrap-up decks.
- Communicate key insights and valuable feedback to clients to help measure the success of Team Liquid partnerships when reviewing detailed reporting data.
- Track all current, booked, and outstanding business using internal reporting tools.
- Work closely with the Partnerships team to monitor post-sales success and ensure proper implementation of ads, custom ad executions, and integrated programs.
- Maintain knowledge of the industries, trends, and market to best service clients and agencies.
- Develop sales collateral and one-sheets to help educate clients and agencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other applicable fields.
- Experience creating strategies and/or operational plans when building partnerships and working with globally distributed stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy/business strategy/strategy & operations/business operations, planning, operations at a growth stage company, or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent.
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with consumer brands and utilizing organizational and project management skills to set goals and prioritize many initiatives and opportunities with minimal guidance.
- Experience building collaborative relationships with a variety of teams and job functions.
- Ability to work cross-departmentally and adapt your work schedule when working with global teams across different time zones.
- Ability to understand team assets currently being developed by departments across the organization and how brand partners can meet department goals and objectives.
