In the Reporting Specialist role, you will ensure reports and data are accurate and submitted within the required deadlines. You will also be responsible for reporting, tracking, and ad hoc request fulfillment for the Partnerships department.

What You'll Be Doing:
Support Partnerships & Sales with reporting on key metrics and KPIs of our various partners.
Improve and iterate reporting processes between high-volume requesting departments.
Provide ad hoc support for data requests and research analysis from other departments.
Collect data when researching various topics for decks, documents, and presentations that require Business Intelligence input.
Extract data from existing data partners and deliver periodic reports to relevant stakeholders.
Assist in the creation and development of educational materials addressing a variety of Business Intelligence topics.
Oversee the tracking of internal business data using internal reporting tools.
Compile detailed reporting and create wrap-up decks and worksheets to communicate key insights.
What You'll Need:
Excellent communication skills in English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in English.
Strong data analysis skills.
Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools, and a willingness to learn new apps, systems, and platforms.
Relevant Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or other related fields.
At least 1-2 years of experience in the esports industry.
Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office Suites.
Familiarity with the relevant data types and data sources within the esports industry.
Proficient in creating reports and presentations for executive, staff, and public audiences.
