Team Liquid is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join in our success! We are looking for an individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment with challenging yet incredibly rewarding work. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this person will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR and Administrative functions of Team Liquid’s Netherlands office.

About the role:

Reports to: Head of People and Culture.

What you'll be doing:

  • Act as the point of contact for day-to-day HR/People Operations related questions and issues in the NL office.
  • Work with hiring managers and external applicants throughout the recruitment life-cycle, from job postings and pre-screening to applicant management and interviewing.
  • Support international employees with visa and relocation matters.
  • Work with the Head of People & Culture to execute on initiatives including talent management, and labor law related matters.
  • Partner with the Finance and Accounting Department to assist with day-to-day tasks around credit card management, processing outgoing payments, and ensuring communication on changes for payroll related items.
  • Manage the NL HR operational tasks relating to policy adherence/adoption, vacation time, sick leave, etc.
  • Onboard all new hires in the NL office in coordination with business leaders, facilities, and technology.
  • Be the driver of the office culture, organizing company events, finding opportunities for employee recognition, etc.
  • Assist with administrative office duties including vendor and facility management, travel, mail and packages, and wet signature processing.

What you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices in the Netherlands; Prior experience in an HR or People Operations role preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, both oral and written.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, quickly changing and highly ambiguous environment.
  • Proven ability to prioritize workload, multi-task and manage conflicting priorities of daily tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to be an objective decision maker.
