If so, you’re entrepreneurial, a go-getter, and would be a perfect fit for the Operations Coordinator, Apparel role currently available at Team Liquid.

In this role, you’ll work hand in hand with Global Apparel, building solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders when communicating updates and coordinating operational plans and schedules to meet timelines. In this role, the number of creative ideas you can provide is limitless. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to implement them when utilizing platforms that offer better service seamlessly and more efficiently.

Location: São Paulo, Brazil

  • Oversee the day-to-day coordination of all global apparel and commerce-related operations and logistic workflows.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with partners and vendors, including but not limited to Global commerce, logistic service providers, courier companies, customs brokers, and freight forwarders.
  • Administer and maintain the Commerce ERP system, managing integrations to 3rd party software vendors, including but not limited to Shopify and Shipstation.
  • Process and issue purchase orders to vendors for materials, implementing stock level management strategies to ensure production and delivery meet sales channels timelines and exceed customer satisfaction.
  • Place and track sale orders for wholesale and affiliate partners, such as samples for launches, and coordinate custom clearance, international shipping, local taxes/utilities.
  • Act as a brand ambassador when responding to customer inquiries, claims, quality, returns, exceeding customer expectations by:
    • Troubleshooting internal and external customer issues, generating labels, resolving returns, ensuring orders are packed neatly in reshipments.
    • Managing Shopify and Shipstation functionality for order processing, continuously monitoring the sales report dashboard and technical issues.
    • Updating and maintaining documentation and spreadsheets, including but not limited to forecasts, imports and exports, shipping, clearance permit, certificate of origin, and import license adhering to relevant laws and corporate policy.
    • Coordinating pickups and deliveries with vendors, traveling as needed to support commerce-related initiatives, such as selecting and shipping material samples to ensure a high-quality customer lifecycle.
  • Partner with Global Commerce to develop and execute a regional compliance and production strategy when:
    • Monitoring and identifying issues when fulfilling internal and external orders and delivering materials, including but not limited to processing, procurement, shipping, production, and transit delays.
    • Utilizing ClickUp to coordinate WIP (Work in Progress) and facilitate the production process for lab dips, samples, fits, and bulk production, tracking and verifying availability and lead times of products, delivery statuses of orders, continuously ensuring competitive pricing.
    • Managing Shopify and Shipstation functionality for order processing, continuously monitoring the sales report dashboard, as well as technical issues, responding to customer inquiries, claims, quality, returns to exceed overall customer satisfaction.

Ideally, you have:

  • 4+ years of experience in inventory management, material planning, and optimizing inventory and material flow through efficiency.
  • Proficient in Google Suites and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with talent.
  • Creative problem solver.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.

  • Experience managing Shopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Passionate about gaming and esports.
  • Broad knowledge of esports and a member of online communities.
  • Basic understanding of what the esports community/audience cares about and how to create a high-quality customer lifecycle to engage with them.
  • Previous experience in the apparel industry.
