Youtuber seeks a dynamic IN HOUSE Thumbnail Graphic Artist:

Responsible for creating unique professional thumbnails styled for YouTube gaming videos with the primary games being Fortnite, Roblox, and Minecraft. Must have a portfolio/examples of previous work in this area.

Summary of Duties:

• Work with the team to create unique thumbnails that are consistent with the quality expected from our brand.
• Brainstorm and provide ideas, thoughts and concepts around specific pieces and suggestions so as to provide the highest and most fitting product.
• Provide unique and high quality pieces, often on short notice.
• Create art including: avatars and characters, high quality custom text work, backgrounds with depth, icons.

Requirements:

• Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop CC (Proficiency in C4D and Blender 3D modeling/manipulation is a huge plus)
• Must work well in a supervised and unsupervised capacity
• Needs to meet deadlines
• Flexible/be able to swap tasks
  
• Willingness to learn and desire to grow
• Familiarity with YouTube content and processes a plus
• Be able to take notes and constructive criticism well
• Want to work in a thriving/evolving atmosphere
• Need to take initiative
