Taylor is looking for an ambitious Senior Digital Strategist to join our growing team!

Reporting to the Director, Digital Strategy, you are a passionate, digital-first strategist who uses data and insights to craft brand strategies that drive your clients’ businesses and your agency capabilities forward.

What you’ll do:

Understand and Educate

  • Stay on top of digital trends and insights relevant to our clients’ businesses and share them with the team on a regular basis.
  • Understand the dynamics of a client’s business relative to the digital consumer landscape and leverage this understanding to identify and unlock new opportunities with clients.
  • Contribute to Taylor’s thought-leadership on maximizing consumer engagement through digital / social by sharing POV’s and insights through our agency marketing channels and with our client partners.

Strategize and Plan

  • Participate in cross-functional strategic brand planning that incorporates insights from the digital landscape, consumer insights, and data from our clients’ businesses together into impactful, integrated proposals.
  • Lead the creation of always-on and brand campaign content and integrated programming strategies that are rooted in audience insights across paid, owned, and earned channels and are designed to drive specific client business objectives.
  • Collaborate with paid media agencies to refine targeting, content strategy, establish learning agenda, and coordinate creative optimizations for brand campaigns at scale, including 3rd party studies and sales evaluation.
  • Maintain active relationships with platform representatives to proactively incorporate updates, and surface relevant opportunities to agency & brand teams
  • Define influencer strategies, associated content approaches, and set program KPI’s.
  • Help facilitate strategy sessions, brainstorms, and creative development sessions, bringing insights that inspire and fuel creativity.
  • Partner with account leadership to ensure that digital strategy work is scoped and budgeted properly.

Implement and Track

  • Execute and optimize digital campaigns, collaborating with analytics teams to track performance, glean additional insights, and make informed recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with analytics to elevate our measurement efforts.
  • Develop and document case studies of past work that showcase successes, summarize learning from challenges, and help to elevate and sell in Taylor’s integrated strategic offerings.

Minimum qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior experience working within the sports, esports, and entertainment space.
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital and social marketing strategy, ideally with experience in relevant
  • Proficient across digital marketing channels such as: Email, PPC, SEO, Display, Social, Content, Affiliate & Online PR.
  • Strong working knowledge of social media platforms and management tools such as: Facebook, Facebook Ad Manager, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.
