Tastypill is looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Executive who brings solid experience working with mobile markets. We continue to build long-term partnerships with developers focused on hyper casual games. This individual has vast knowledge in the mobile games space and is looking to make an impact at a growing start-up by leading a sophisticated and strategic business development function.

Responsibilities:

  • Introduce sales strategy, market trends, and industry knowledge to help advance and grow our developer relationship efforts
  • Lead a growth plan that is consistent with overall company goals and visions
  • Establish best practices, standards and processes in handling relationships with external developers
  • Manage a direct report(s)
  • Plan, organize and execute various events and programs to build partnerships and awareness
  • Engage in high-level conversations involving budgets, deliverables, and collaboration
  • Be the subject-matter expert when it comes to Tastypill's developer/vendor relationships process and engagement logistics
  • Directly negotiate with developers and help establish and determine high-impact relationships
  • Responsible for achieving a set quota
  • Work closely with our founders in strategic growth conversation which include providing progress data, market analysis, competitor information, developer relations goals
  • Representing tastypill’s business development function as the company and department grows

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years working in the mobile games space in a business development capacity (hyper casual a plus)
  • 2+ years in a management position
  • Exceptional relationship management skills working with developers and creatives
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to influence a start-up’s growth and scalability
  • Data-driven mindset with an impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent management and leadership skills
  • Solid interviewing and hiring skills
