We are looking for an Associate Producer who will help manage the development and operations process of various mobile game projects. This individual will utilize their exceptional organization and communication skills on a daily basis to ensure the team is on track, motivated and hitting goals. This a great opportunity for someone to dive deeper into the hyper casual mobile games space.
Responsibilities:
- Work with a team of developers and artists
- Work with and manage relationships with third party studios
- Outline and track the team’s progress from concept to creation of viable prototypes
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistency and alignment on company goals and strategic objectives
- Provide hands-on guidance whenever necessary to existing team members and new hires to improve the quality of our internal processes and products
- Represent your team both internally and externally
- Stay current and up to date with market trends in our industry and educate your team by referencing these trends and data
Qualifications:
- 1+ years managing software developers or development teams
- 1+ years experience in the mobile games industry (hyper casual games a plus)
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to prioritize and work proactively
- Eagerness and passion to learn more about the hyper casual mobile games space
