As part of the Take-Two community, you will be counted as an integral member on our Human Resources Technology team as a HR Systems Analyst. Your contribution will allow us to provide operational expertise, support and maintain our HR systems (Greenhouse, Workday) through; report writing, analyzing data flows, dashboard preparation and identification of operational or process improvement opportunities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will provide support to end users via issue remediation, technology request assistance and critical issue management.
  • You’ll be responsible for Workday configurations: which includes business workflow setup, modification, testing and security.
  • You’ll build reports including advanced reports, matrix reports and dashboards.
  • You’ll have the ability to develop user procedures, guidelines as well as train clients on new functionality and new system users.
  • You will serve as a SME and point of contact for assigned functional area and train clients on new processes/functionality and new system users.
  • You will facilitate clear and concise status updates including direct communications with HR Technology team, HR Partners, Executive Management, project sponsors and steering committees.
  • You will provide production support, including researching issues and business process workflows.
  • You will update benefit plans, absence plans, periodic schedules, Holiday calendars, work schedules and update existing reports for the various modules as required.
  • You will maintain awareness of current trends in Workday and HR Technology with a focus on product, delivery, and support.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strategic: You’re currently working through complex problems while maintaining the balance of support of your end users.
  • Tactical: You currently have experience on a HRIS team with deep experience with Workday and HR systems (HCM/Security/Business Processes and HR Operational process expertise preferred)
  • Communication: Your current jobs allows you to communicate cross functionally, verbally and written. You currently generate executive dashboards and give presentations and frequently find yourself simplifying complex issues to impact change in your current role.
  • Detail Oriented: You currently manage multiple competing projects and follow through on projects and developed and implemented a system that is KPI and data driven.
