The Rockstar Games Facilities Team is responsible for building, improving, and maintaining comfortable, safe, and innovative workplace environments for our teams to create ground-breaking games we're known for. We partner with senior leadership to drive proactive real estate growth strategies, leasehold improvement, and capital expenditure projects. We collaborate globally to support 11 locations across the US, Canada, UK, and India. We are specialists in our field, and present the business with new ideas, better operational ways of working, and drive efficiencies in our buildings.

The Challenge: Be a part of T2's PMO and lead the program portfolio dedicated to the Rockstar's Global Facilities Team, from project conception through implementation and deployment.

What You'll take On:

  • Ownership of the delivery of Facilities and Real Estate projects across multiple global locations; identify and set clear outcomes for the project team.
  • Develop processes, tasks, and tools used to take a project from conception to completion.
  • Support new and existing facility construction, renovation, and site operation projects.
  • Utilize and integrate various project management frameworks and methodologies (waterfall, agile, and hybrid), in a fast-paced, high energy environment.
  • Connect with end-users and technology teams, capturing information, diagnosing issues, and providing regular and timely updates to the teams and management.

What You'll bring:

  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple, sophisticated, large-scale, projects.
  • Proficiency in multiple software and technological tools for communications, facilities, construction, and project management including and not limited to AutoCAD, JIRA, Monday.com, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • You're analytical and able to work autonomously in a matrixed environment in which priorities often change.
  • Proven confidentiality, diplomacy and dedication to intricate needs of the business.
  • Consistently generate, explain, and present detailed schedules, objectives, reports, and other documentation accurately.
  • Bonus: PMI Membership, PMP, Prince2, Six Sigma, or similar qualifications.
