The Challenge

Take-Two's Payroll Department is looking for a dynamic Analyst for a 12-month full time contract to assist in all aspects of payroll processing and analytics, ensuring performance is maintained at efficient and at optimal levels. This role will support all payroll/tax activities for the UK and serves as a backup in the absence of staff support.

What You’ll Take On

  • Prepare off-cycle payment via direct deposits as required

  • Assist with Payslips and Tax document requests

  • Assist with validating terminations

  • Checking banking details, NI and tax changes and forms in payroll system

  • Assist with special projects as required and provide assistance where needed in the payroll department to meet volume or peak period needs

  • Apply garnishments to employee’s payroll deductions and ensure payments

  • Research and respond to routine HRBPs inquiries regarding payroll calculations and deductions; investigate issues and make appropriate corrections

  • Prepare pre and post audit reports each pay cycle for HR Partners to review and approve

  • Assist team members in day-to-day data collection, preparation, and export of pay data files in accordance with the timelines outlined in the payment schedule

  • Review, audit, file and maintain payroll reports and documents

What You Bring

  • University degree or equivalent and 2+ years of payroll experience, including some experience with an HRIS/payroll system and related reporting.

  • Detail-orientated and self-motivation are crucial

  • Communicating clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

  • Basic knowledge of an HRIS/payroll system & reporting. (e.g., Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP)

  • Knowledge of MS office software; intermediate knowledge of Excel preferred

  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of employee records and information

  • Payroll tax theory, principles, practices and applications (Tax forms, Notifications, monthly & annual Filings…etc.)

  • Strong team player, with the ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels

  • Possesses strong technical and analytical skills and can deal well with complexity and abstraction

  • Handles multiple and concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment with little supervision

  • Makes decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadlines

  • Capable of being well organised and command strong planning skills

  • Professionalism, interpersonal skills and the ability to work with various personalities
