THE CHALLENGE:

"roll up your sleeves” as the Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to develop, execute and lead a comprehensive global DE&I strategy: building a culture of awareness and action that drives progress across the T2 corporate footprint.

WHAT YOU’LL TAKE ON:

  • Manage, develop, and foster a T2’s global-wide diversity and inclusion roadmap with a focus on achieving measurable, sustainable results by leveraging data. Design key performance indicators (KPI’s) to measure and track results and ensure accountability; and communicate progress to business leadership and employees on a regular basis.
  • Serve as DE&I training subject matter expert by partnering with Recruiting, HR and L&D to design, implement and facilitate trainings and presentations on unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, hiring process and other DE&I topics.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and other internal partners to ensure diversity, equity and inclusion are embedded throughout the hiring process and employee journey, including around assessment and advancement.
  • Define how T2’s DEI strategy connects directly to our business goals and what drivers influence business decisions, in collaboration with leaders (including c-suite) across the company.
  • Provide support, guidance, and oversight to existing and future T2 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to ensure each group is set up for success, while continuing to drive organizational culture, amplify and advocate for underrepresented groups.
  • Provide strategic planning, thought leadership, coaching, education and consultancy to leaders to drive key D&I business outcomes.

WHAT YOU BRING/WHO YOU ARE:

  • 8+ years of progressive work and experience in leadership roles within the Diversity Equity & Inclusion field.
  • At least 5 years work experience designing, building and leading measurable and scalable D&I-focused programs and initiatives for multicultural, complex organizations as a D&I department leader/member or part of an HR/Talent team.
  • Strong sense of EQ and ability to strategically influence and nudge people out of their comfort zones.
  • A history of taking calculated risks, pushing your learning edge, showing up as a leader (even when doing so is hard), and motivating others to do the same.
  • Demonstrated experience articulating a vision, translating it into executable strategy and driving cross-functional teams to deliver in alignment with D&I strategy.
  • Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
