Reporting to the Head of Talent and Culture, you will manage the full life-cycle of recruitment from sourcing through offer, and you will partner closely with colleagues to understand how to build a world-class team in a highly competitive market.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience, but a mix with agency could work too
  • You have run a full cycle recruiting process and can engage talent, wrangle the hiring team, evaluate the candidates accurately and close senior talent
  • You understand an value behavioral interviewing processes, as well as the technical ones.
  • You're able to juggle several roles at once and able to build a consistent, humming pipeline
  • You adapt and prioritize in a frequently changing environment
  • You are a skilled communicator who builds productive and positive relationships with people from all walks of life
