Our subdivision Systemic Reaction is now looking for a freelancer to help found and grow their Content Creator Network. We are looking for an experienced teammate with a solid understanding of gaming trends, content creators, and livestreaming. It is important that you are autonomous, proactive, and ready to work towards a clear goal as we build this program.
About the Role
As our Content Creator Manager, you will be responsible for the sourcing of and communication with creators of all sizes that are interested in playing our game, Second Extinction. Your communication will culminate in bringing together the creators in creative and engaging campaigns during our larger marketing beats (such as new releases or during specific holidays).
Together with Systemic Reaction, you will set ambitious goals for the Content Creator Program and implement multifaceted initiatives to achieve them throughout the year. These efforts will be combined with the overall marketing strategy to create a robust and cohesive content creator program.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Sourcing of suitable creators from Twitch, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, and more using tools provided by Systemic Reaction
- Consistent contact with creators and introducing them to Systemic Reaction, our games, and new opportunities
- Maintaining a comprehensive and up to date list of content creators
- Managing creator campaigns in collaboration with the Systemic Reaction Marketing team
- Detailed and informative reporting on creator campaign progress and outcomes
About You
- 2+ Years experience in Influencer/Content Creator Management or Game Marketing
- Passionate about gaming and gaming content creation
- Autonomous worker comfortable with working towards goals, both short and long term
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Proficient at creating detailed presentations and reports
- Established network of meaningful connections in the game creator space
- You are able to be flexible with your time, as creators will be in different time zones
- Ability to work effectively from home
- Position is Remote, but EU timezones are preferred
