As our new Game Designer we would trust you with the following responsibilities:
- Design engaging and exciting levels
- Create documentation and mockups to ensure alignment among all team members
- Foster a player-centered design approach throughout the team and organize frequent playtests with our target audience
- Work closely with the engineering team to craft and tweak the core gameplay of a runner game. work directly in unity to ensure fast iteration
- Collaborate with the team to create a smooth and clear user experience and UI flow
- Work with other team members to ensure everyone has a voice in design decisions and feels a strong sense of ownership of the game

Requirements
To succeed in this role we would like for you to have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a game designer
- Shipped at least one mobile F2P game in a design role
- Exceptional ability to craft and refine an engaging core gameplay, especially for action games.
- High level of technical game design skills and knowledge
- Focused on our players and their experience
- Great communicator and team player
- Attention to detail as well as an ability to focus on what’s important
- Experience working in an agile environment
Nice to have:
- Experience with runner games
- Advanced level or economy design skills
